Weโ€™ve made some exciting updates to the users section to help you manage staff more efficiently. Here's whatโ€™s new and how to make the most of it.

What's new?

  • View all staff members linked to your project.

  • Filter users based on roles, hubs, practices, and more.

  • Choose how many users to display per page.

  • Export a CSV file of your user list for easy reference.

How to access the users section

  1. Go to Administrator.

  2. Click on Users.

๐Ÿค“Tip: You will notice a refreshed layout with colour-coded roles and rights, making it easier to see who is doing what.

Filters you can use

On the left hand side, you will find a set of filters to help you narrow down your user list:

Filter

Description

User Status

Shows if a user is active or has Multi-Factor Authentication disabled.

User Roles

  • Referral Agents.

  • Clients.

  • Clinical Users.

Member HCEs

๐Ÿ“ŒNote: You can combine multiple filters to find exactly who you are looking for.

Configure Display Settings

You will see a dropdown labelled Displaying... items per page. Use this to control how many users appear on each page.

Export your user list

Need a quick export of your users? Easy.

  1. Go to Administrator, then click Users.

  2. In the top right corner, click Download.
