If you are receiving email notifications about referrals, for example, messages saying a referral has been received but no details are shown, stop these notifications by updating your profile preferences.
Turn off referral notifications
Click your profile icon, then select My Profile.
In the top banner, click Preferences.
Scroll down to the Notifications section.
Untick both notification options.
Click Save Changes in the bottom right corner.
What happens next
You will no longer receive referral notification emails.
This does not affect your ability to view referrals within the system.
📌 Note: If you continue to receive notifications after saving your changes, try logging out and back in to refresh your settings.
