The Automatic Postcode Sorting feature helps ensure referrals are sent to the correct hub quickly and accurately saving time and reducing errors.
How to set it up
Go to Administration.
Select Hub Management.
Click the Automatic Postcode Sorting tab.
Use the search function to find and set up a ward for the relevant hub.
Using it in Express Referral
Open the Express Referral form.
Select Refer to Centre.
Enter the client’s postcode.
The correct hub for that postcode will automatically appear in the Refer to Centre field.
