Aha portal

Learn how to log in to Aha, submit ideas, and vote on suggestions to help shape future product development.

The Aha portal allows you to suggest improvements, vote on ideas, and influence how products evolve over time.


What is Aha?

Aha is an online platform where you can:

  • Submit new ideas or feature suggestions.

  • Vote on ideas submitted by other customers.

  • Provide feedback to help improve products.

You can access the Aha portal here.

The Product Team reviews all ideas and uses them to help prioritise future development.


Before you start

  • You need an invitation email to access the Aha portal.

  • Each user account has a limited number of votes available.

  • You can only vote once per idea per account.


Log in to Aha

  1. Open the invitation email you received.

  2. Click Join now.

  3. Set your password when prompted.

  4. You will be redirected to the Aha portal.

Once logged in, you can view, submit, and vote on ideas.


Submit an idea

  1. Click Add a new idea at the top of the portal.

  2. Complete the required fields:

    • Your idea – Enter a clear and concise title.

    • More details – Describe your idea in detail.

    • Customer – Enter your organisation name.

    • Category – Select the relevant product area.

    • Customer priority – Set priority (1 = highest, 5 = lowest)

    • Customer challenge – Explain the problem your idea solves.

  3. Click Submit.

🤓Tip: Before submitting, search to check if a similar idea already exists. You can vote or comment on existing ideas


Find ideas

To browse ideas:

  • View all ideas on the main page.

  • Use the category menu to filter results.

  • Use search to find specific ideas.

This helps you quickly locate relevant suggestions and avoid duplicates.


Vote on an idea

Voting shows the Product Team which ideas are most important.

  1. Locate the idea you want to support.

  2. Click Vote.

📌 Note:

  • Each account has up to 25 votes available

  • Each idea can only be voted on once

  • You can reassign votes using the My Votes section


Comment on an idea

  1. Open the idea you want to engage with.

  2. Select Add comment.

  3. Enter your feedback.

Comments help provide additional context and may be used for follow up questions.


Use Aha across multiple products

If you use more than one product:

  • Each product has its own Aha portal.

  • You may need to log in separately for each.

  • You can use the same email address across portals.


Understand idea statuses

Each idea has a status to show progress:

  • In triage – Newly submitted and under review.

  • Needs info – More information required.

  • Product review – Being assessed by the Product Team.

  • Planned – Approved for a future release.

  • Next release – Scheduled for the upcoming release.

  • Future – Approved but not yet scheduled.

  • On hold – No current action.

  • Released – Implemented and live.

  • Unlikely to implement – Not being progressed.

  • Already exists – Feature is already available.

These statuses are updated as ideas move through the review process.

  • Search for existing ideas before submitting new ones.

  • Vote on ideas that matter most to your organisation.
