We've added a new survey feature on your Elemental platform to allow you to give feedback about the product while you're using it. You can easily give feedback and suggestions so that we can measure and track the level of customer satisfaction.
📌Note: If your account isn’t a certain age, or you have an Access Group email address, the Wootric feature isn't visible.
How to access Wootric
To access the new Wootric feature, follow the steps below:
Log in via the normal landing page.
At the bottom of the screen, select the relevant score on the question.
Enter a reason for the score.
A response displays, thanking you for your feedback.
