Why an intervention might be inactive

If an intervention appears in the inactive tab, it means you can no longer prescribe clients to it. This is expected behaviour when the schedule has passed.

To mark attendance or make changes, you will need to move the intervention back to the active tab.

How to reactivate an intervention

  1. Click Provider Tools.

  2. Select Interventions.

  3. Go to the Inactive tab.

  4. Under Actions, click Edit.

  5. Next to Date/Schedule, click Edit.

  6. Update the schedule to include a future date.

  7. Click Save, then Save Changes.

The intervention will now appear in the active tab, allowing you to make updates or mark attendance.

After making changes

Once you are done, follow the same steps to revert the schedule back to its original date if needed.
