Workers classed as both active and waiting at the same time

Understand why clients with multiple cases may display different statuses this is expected system behaviour.

When a client has multiple cases, the status shown in the system reflects the individual status of each case. For example:

  • One case might be marked as Awaiting Service.

  • Another could be marked as Active.

This is intended functionality and helps ensure accurate tracking of each case's progress.
