Why an intervention might not be showing
If an intervention is not appearing, the most common reason is that it hasnโt been approved yet. Every intervention must be approved by the relevant hub before it becomes available.
How to approve an intervention
Go to Administration in the main menu.
Click Hub Management.
Select your hub from the list.
Use the search box to find the intervention by name.
Click Edit Approve Details next to the intervention.
Review the information and click Save Changes.
The intervention is now available.
